MICROPROPAGATION OF GRAPEVINE (VITIS VINIFERA L.) CVS. RED GLOBE AND SUPERIOR

This study was conducted to develop a protocol for micropropagation of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) cultivars Red globe and Superior by investigating their response three media Murashige Skoog (MS), Chee Pool (C2D), Woody Plant Medium (WPM) during the establishment stage besides impact four cytokinin types 6-benzylaminopurine (BA), 2-isopentyladenine (2iP), kinetin (Kin) thidiazuron (TDZ) at various concentrations on shoot multiplication as well acclimatization neoformed plantlets several media. A completely randomized design (CRD) used data were analyzed SASS 9.1. The results revealed that WPM medium optimum in terms length leaf number (4.00 cm, 5.10) respectively. On other side, gave best both C2D average (4.38, 4.46 cm) (6.00, 5.42) In 1 mgL-1, BA showed longest (2.3, 6.67) While kin maximum with mean 3.57 cm. Moreover, significantly 2iP 2 mg L-1, Kin 5 mgL-1 , TDZ highest values compared concentrations. Plantlets sterilized 1:1:1 (v:v) peatmoss+perlite+sand mix survival rate (100.00%) vegetative growth.
